By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your place.
Full payment must be made by the agreed date before the retreat.
Discounted bookings require non-refundable deposits.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations within 48-24 hours of arrival – A £60 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations within 1 month of the retreat – Deposits are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings – Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations before 4 weeks – A partial refund on the deposit may be considered, depending on circumstances.
3. Travel & Insurance
Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights, transfers, and travel insurance.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before arrival.
Participation in activities such as yoga, hiking, or swimming is voluntary, guests must sign the waiver and guests take full responsibility for their own health and well-being.
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the retreat.
5. Conduct & Respect
We create a welcoming and inclusive environment – any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Guests must respect shared spaces, fellow participants, and local communities.
6. Changes & Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
