By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your place.

  • Full payment must be made by the agreed date before the retreat.

  • Discounted bookings require non-refundable deposits.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations within 48-24 hours of arrival – A £60 cancellation fee will apply.

  • Cancellations within 1 month of the retreat – Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Discounted bookings – Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations before 4 weeks – A partial refund on the deposit may be considered, depending on circumstances.

3. Travel & Insurance

  • Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights, transfers, and travel insurance.

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health & Safety

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before arrival.

  • Participation in activities such as yoga, hiking, or swimming is voluntary, guests must sign the waiver and guests take full responsibility for their own health and well-being.

  • We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the retreat.

5. Conduct & Respect

  • We create a welcoming and inclusive environment – any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

  • Guests must respect shared spaces, fellow participants, and local communities.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us

  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If this happens, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
